Lasting Changes after Covid-19 in Life and Businesses 
While most of us in selecting the perfect size of the mask and adapting to live with sanitizers and social distancing, Things got changed. Some changes are temporary and some have become new normal in our life. So, Now let's talk about various changes which will live with us. 

1. Masterchef in every home
 Months of lockdown have given one thing in ample i.e Time. Now no one can say I don't have time to cook. Bachelors, children, Husbands, and wife willingly or unwillingly have spent a vast amount on cooking or learning cooking. Now, most of the hotel dishes are cooked inside our home only. This was due to the quest of eating healthy and people can't go out for very long.


2. Chemical is new Crude 
 China exports nearly most of the chemical to the world, It accounts for nearly 33-34%. It includes chemicals for manufacturing plastic, some are organic chemicals and others are for the manufacturing of rubber products. Due to pandemic and increase Anti-China sentiment in the world, the whole chemical market is taking sift. 
India shares only 3% of export to the world. There is a huge potential that India will fill this gap. Various funds and FII ( Foreign Institutional investors) are very bullish on Indian chemical companies. During the 2016-2019 Indian chemical industry has grown with 17% CAGR. There is great valuation is intact and we will witness the magnificent growth of these company after this pandemic.

3. Work from Home 
Work from home started as a need. But now it's in each and every organization. HR of various organization were really busy in making guidelines for work from home. Although it has started as an experiment, now most of the organization is thinking to allocate 10-15% of these types of remote working employees.
 During the tough time of this pandemic work from home have helped in saving the operational cost of various organization. It has also helped to bring each and everyone on the same platform i.e equal kind of opportunity can be given to young talent of rural area people.
